Returns Policy
Within 60 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase in new condition with original packaging for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return.
Warranty Policy
If you discover any defects in your product, please contact us via our contact page, to help us arrange a replacement on receipt of the item. We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using CourierPost for New Zealand deliveries or NZ Post International Express for overseas deliveries.
